Elmar Drabek was born in 1976 and has been a partner at DORDA since February 2013 having been with the firm first as an Associate and then as a Lawyer since 2003. From 2003 to 2004 he was head of the asylum department at Caritas Austria and from 2000 to 2002 he was legal counsel for asylum and residence related projects of Amnesty International, Austrian Red Cross, Caritas Austria. Mr Drabek’s firm puts special emphasis on immigration and citizenship cases and is presently Austria's only top five law firm with an immigration & citizenship desk in its own right. Mr Drabek regularly acts as counsel for multinational corporations and their employees, as well as selected private clients, in all legal matters related to relocation to and from Austria. Mr Drabek’s association with distinguished immigration lawyers all over the world ensures that he is in a position to assist his clients in cross-border immigration cases in more than twenty jurisdictions, including Australia, Canada, the United States and many European Economic Area member states.
